its ur diet mate, wt is ur diet like? and then u can improve on weight training methods.... trust me everyone will agree, if u get urself a good diet now u can grow without any steroids as u are producing loads of test at ur age.
my diet is kinda just average i guess i eat loads of chicken no bread heaps vegies lol raw eggs !! heaps of protein no fizzy drinks no take away heaps of water
could u lay it out in a time line with wt u eat?
like this:
7.am: 2 cans of coke, 1 piece of cake
10.am: packet of crips ........
etc
etc
wake up 6am! get ready for work (carpenter) heaps of lifting!
6:30am: drink 2 raw eggs in a cup! lol then eat tuna
11am-1pm roasted chicken & tuna
5pm: random snacks
6pm: protein then gym after gym protein again
9pm: salad pottato's sometimes eat fish? chicken, cereal,chops,meat anything thats in the house but not full junky food
and then repeat everyday
everytime i eat heaps of water and during the day to

Do you even know what these mysterious red pills contain? What type of AAS it is? Have you looked into PCT?
Research it, find a legit source with a legit product. Post your cycle, stats and propose a PCT for it. Provide what gains you make and plan WAY ahead. You should have everything you need a month in advance and have your diet and work out in check prior to starting anything.
