Arm Wrestling..last time i'm doing it for awhile

Ok..i decided it would be a cool idea to arm wrestle a few of the guys at work..

The first guy was a joke, funny though cuz i thought he would be stronger, i took him down fairly quickly..almost slammed his hand.

The Second guy was a little stronger, but I took him down easily also.
The last guy was pretty F'n strong..and we were at a stale mate for about 20sec or so....when i finally got him down...my arm and wrist started hurting pretty badly as soon as we finshed.. so bad that when i went to the gym last night lift..i had to stop lifting due to the pain..Ughhh!

I don't think i'm going to arm wrestle for a long time after this.. it still hurts and I didn't bother working out tonight either so that i can heal..

I few years ago I was teaching HS, and all the senior football guys wanted to arm wrestle me. I agreed if anyone of them beat me, they'd all get a 100 on their next test.

Man, my arm and wrists were fcking beat to hell after that

when you pull the muscles on your neck, shoulder and down your back... that's when you know you've been in a contest..

I hurt my shoulder arm wrestling.

It's not even about strength either. It's the design of your body and technique more than anything.

Tendons tie in at different points on different people, just like muscles do. Some tie in lower, others higher, it allows more torque.

I've been demolished by guys with 14" arms.

True story. Last year at work two of my coworkers arm wrestled. The entire office was there, over 30 people watching. One of them was a friend of mine, so I was right there next to him cheering him on. I guess they were the same strength cause they sat there right in the middle for about 20 seconds. Then my dude tried to through his shoulder in it--but his arm went nowhere. I saw his bone snap with my own eyes, and it was the loudest thing ever. It was his bicep bone, not sure what it's called. Man, that shit scared the crap out of me. Till this day I take a calcium supp ED.
