THE DILIGENT: (all references are from the kjv old testament)
- get rich --- He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.
- hard work is wise --- He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame.
- hard wok gives prosperity --- He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding.
- become leaders --- The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.
- prosper --- The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.
- bring profit --- In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury.
- have an easy path --- The way of the slothful man is as an hedge of thorns: but the way of the righteous is made plain.

THE LAZY:

- laziness causes one to sleep away opportunities --- He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame.
- only fools idle away time --- He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that followeth vain persons is void of understanding.
- never succeed --- The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.
- want much but get little --- The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.
- experience poverty --- In all labour there is profit: but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury.(poverty)
- have trouble all through life --- The way of the slothful man is as an hedge of thorns: but the way of the righteous is made plain.
