I bought it the other day.. if you've played RE4, it's very similar. I haven't tried the co-op yet.

I tried the comp version of it. Terrible controls...

i've also never played any of them so if this one isn't that good i won't bother with the dl

Don't dl it. I don't even think you can edit the controls and their a pain in the ass. No way to aim with mouse.

I tried the demo for ps3 and it sucked but my buddy said the game was sick....especially on co-op madden is still the best game of all time lol

LOL what a terrible game... how can you have a computer game that doesn't let you use the mouse?

i'll save my time then. i still have to finish the FEARs in my downtime

I was just playing FEAR and quit hours into it.
It's just the same exact thing over and over and over.
Same enemies, same buildings, same soda machines...

yeah.. but every time i know some of that weird shit is coming it still freaks me out a little bit.

i keep getting lost once i kill everyone in a room and i'll run around for like 10 min before i find the way to go

i stick to online fps though

Yeah I hate that!!! I get lost at the end of practically every level!!
Just wander around from room to room to room trying to figure out where you're supposed to go.
It has it's moments, the slow motion shooting is cool, and some of the creepy moments are cool... but I'm gonna have to say **** that game. Redundant and frustrating.

Im playing through it for the second time on co-op. awesome game. Some control issues, could have been slightly more fluid in the melee side of things. Impressive visuals at times. Over all a very functional game on console. i recommend it.

I got it last night and like it so far.
The only thing I don't like is how when you want to shoot or melee you have to stand still, so you can't walk around picking zombies off or walk towards one hacking at it.
That sucks.

ya that has ALWAYS been my biggest beef with resident evil. In real life, moving and shooting will not achieve accuracy but running down a corridor with a shoty.. well..its a no brainer.
