Does anyone know anything bout setting up a domain name with a seperate host?

Help i am trying to set up a website i have the name with cheapdomainnames.co.uk and the host with bravenet!

IT SAYS

In order to activate your domain with your Bravenet hosting account you will need to change your domain nameservers to the following:
ns11.bravehost.com
ns12.bravehost.com

Wot do i do with it??????? HELP ME BEFORE MY PC IS THROWN AGAINST THE WALL

I done it now just took some research!!!! Bloody hell its hard wen you have to teach your self
