    Any Kinetico water softener guys in here?

    Mine isnt working right. I was wondering if anyone works or is familiar with them?

    Yes, the brine tank is full of water. The float valve has a crack in it. I called and they wanted 100 bucks for this valve which is a piece of plastic and foam. These are expensive to fix. I'm going to just use a manual valve until I know if it works. I'll let you know what I find.
