    anyone notinc more gains in some ares than others

    my chest,traps and backgrow but my legs and arms are always lagging behind. i work them out the same as other body parts and still some places don't want to move!

    yep, shoulder and chest always grow faster but when I was younger and did not know any better i always worked them out harder so I blame that.....good to see you again kenny

    I have the same problem with my legs. They're strong, they just don't like to grow too much. Calves are great though.

    My chest, traps, and back grow from even thinking about lifting weights.

    My arms and legs do not grow.
