My wife thinks Im crazy.. But it does great for me..
Monday morning I boil 7 eggs.I go ahead and peal them and keep them in a container in the fridge.. Also make some brown rice and keep in the fridge as well. For a quick and easy meal everyday. I eat alot of oats I still think they taste like shit but again this works good for me..
Whats so wrong I keep my weight down with this and its pretty damn healthy for me. And does great for me for working out. And Im never hungry the oats fill you up all day pretty much..
This is my everyday eating habit.
1st Meal
1 Cup of Oats Cooked in the microwave. Add spoon of sugar free strawberry jam. And 1 boiled egg.
2nd Meal
1 Cup of Oats Cooked in the microwave. Add 6 oz tuna can into the oats.
3rd Meal
3/4 Cup of Oats Cooked in the microwave. Add 1-2 oz of nuts walnuts, almonds whatever Im feeling really. And 1 fruit banana, apple, whatever Im felling again.
4th Meal
6 oz Can of Tuna. Heat up my already prepared 1 Cup of rice.
5th Meal
4 oz Chicken. And a 1 oz of nuts again whatever Im feeling..
