    Smile This is How I Eat..

    My wife thinks Im crazy.. But it does great for me..

    Monday morning I boil 7 eggs.I go ahead and peal them and keep them in a container in the fridge.. Also make some brown rice and keep in the fridge as well. For a quick and easy meal everyday. I eat alot of oats I still think they taste like shit but again this works good for me..

    Whats so wrong I keep my weight down with this and its pretty damn healthy for me. And does great for me for working out. And Im never hungry the oats fill you up all day pretty much..


    This is my everyday eating habit.


    1st Meal
    1 Cup of Oats Cooked in the microwave. Add spoon of sugar free strawberry jam. And 1 boiled egg.

    2nd Meal
    1 Cup of Oats Cooked in the microwave. Add 6 oz tuna can into the oats.

    3rd Meal
    3/4 Cup of Oats Cooked in the microwave. Add 1-2 oz of nuts walnuts, almonds whatever Im feeling really. And 1 fruit banana, apple, whatever Im felling again.

    4th Meal
    6 oz Can of Tuna. Heat up my already prepared 1 Cup of rice.

    5th Meal
    4 oz Chicken. And a 1 oz of nuts again whatever Im feeling..

    It works for me though its crazy I know... I had to mess around alot. I have a very high metabolism normally. I dont gain an inch or a pound. 7% percent body fat must be doing something right.. LOL. I know its crazy though. I hear it daily from the wife.

    works for what? I can tell just by looking quick that you need more protein. You might think this is working but there are better ways to go about it. JMO

    My goals stay lean and have some mass but shredded in my key. Im big into martial arts so getting huge really isnt the key..

    Sorry didnt add my whey protein into the mix. But I have 2.5 scoops of whey a day one at meal 1 and 1.5 at meal 3..

    I wait for the oats to completely cool down and I dont cook the tuna then I add the tuna into it after its very cold... LOL.

    If you can maintain 200lbs and 7% BF off that diet you have a VERY SLOW metabolism.

    You are getting maybe 130g protein and 1700 cals a day.

    I'm 6' and about 220 and I have to eat 350g Protein 3775 calories to stay above 215.

    I count roughly 2225 cals a day. 230g of protein roughly if you count protein from grains, oats, nuts... and his 2.5 servings of whey protein per day. kcals per day are too low but his protein intake is adequate. but hey it works for him so who are we to say it doesn't.

    I'd add in some fibrous green veggies in there

    i was about to say breakfast is to important to only have 1 egg lol. i would b a asshole on ur diet
