okay, long story short i just got shit on (not literally) by the girl I was seeing. Right now I have the biggest urge to just get hammered, and the least motivation to even work out right now. i'm on a cycle right now so its not the best timing at all.... I'm so down, but I keep trying to keep myself busy to take my mind off of it. So far i've been to the driving range, twice... but I don't really feel motivated to do anything productive, but yet i'm restless as hell and can't eat/sleep that much.
Anybody have any other activities that you like to do when you're depressed? I mean, lifting is a good one, but its better when you're pissed off...
