cheat days
do any you gaus have a cheat day where you just eat what you want drink what you like . you know the day were you just forget all about trainning and good for you food . i have a sat . on sat i turn into a complete slob . its my day of from giving two flying ****s about whats i shopuld be doing and enjoying what i want to do .

I try not to get too out of control.
And to be honest, I'd prefer not to take them if not for the benefits of them. I don't want to be reminded of how good some foods are.
I've been fairly low carb for most of my life it seems like. Never really go much over 300grams a day.

I try and have a cheat day once every two weeks, i often eat a house on that day...

an all out day, every week will completely cancle out fat loss.
My cheat day consists of 3 or 4 meals with carbs in them leading up to lifting weights, with carbs post lifting weights. Thats my cheat day. And it is competely controlled. THis happens twice in every 10 days.
once every 3 weeks I will have "ONE" meal where I will have "whatever" I want. the rule is it can only be in 1 sitting. Works best when its the last meal of the day

A cheat day....my body would feel like shit if i ate and drank a bunch of shit.....
I have a cheat meal maybe a few times week but a cheat day or weekend can more than likely lead to less that stellar results for me at least
But to each his own as everyone has different goals

agreed. its to the point where junk food makes me feel like junk, sushi bout tops it for me, every 2 weeks or so

Only on days i workout. Today's a good example. Breakfast: 4 french toast and 5 whole eggs. Lunch: 2 cheesy double cheese from checkers. Pre workout: powerbar and redbull. I'm about to sit down and eat a salad with 2 cans of tuna on it to help me feel a little better about my diet today. This only happens twice a week.

I have a high carb day, but nothing sloppy. Sometimes those carbs come in the form of alcohol tho lol.
I always tell myself that nothing tastes as good as being ripped feels.

I never do a full day cause it can set you back real fast. I usually eat 2 questionable meals a week and sort of compensate by eating low carb for the rest of the day.
One meal is usually all you can eat sushi, which is clean but I eat more than any human should. And one greasy burger or so a week after back or leg day.

a full day would kill me.
when im leaning down, one meal once a week - normally it's sushi, or roti....
if i let it get outta hand, i feel horrible, i get the shits, and i feel bad mentally

I'm surprised at sushi being a big cheat. Is it because of the GI index of the white rice? One poster referred to the quantity over the quality for him.

The highlight of my week is going to the sushi joint and eating as much sashimi as possible.
Expensive, but only protein / healthy fats is definitely better than a pizza or burgers
