A little help please
Hey all, I have a quick question. I am looking to bulk up quite a bit, I am 6'0'' and 170lbs of skin and bones... lol I have some visible muscle but I'm way too lean and I can not put on any weight. I wanted to try and get some more information on how to do this effectively. I work out regularly and I know I can be better. I want to be better.
I am not opposed to non-conventional methods such as HGH, or other types of growth hormone . Thus I ended up here doing some research, and it made me wonder if HGH alone would help with putting on mass. Or would I have to get something in addition to or in lieu of HGH.

I'm 27, and I eat like a machine. Somewhere in excess of 4k calories depending on how strenuous my day was. I'm not trying to start having people flame me, it was an honest question. Instead of wasting your time and mine, answer the question or go to the next post. I came here for help not ridicule.

Honestly, I'm eating 3775 cals a day right now, my diet is clean and that is not even very much food.
meal 1
Bagle/beef jerky
meal 2
8oz burger, 2 rye bread
meal 3
6oz chicken, 2 oz whole wheat pasta
meal 4 PWO shake
Meal 5
8oz beef/1 cup brown rice
Meal 6
6 oz tuna 8 triscuts
I wake up at 7, I eat until about 9pm.
I'm eating only every 3 hours and i get hungry between meals. I'm never full, and to be honest, some times I'm starving.
A bagle and 4 oz of beef jerky is all I get till 11 am. Then I get a burger and 2 slices of bread, no fries or salad.
I could eat 4k calories in a sitting at a buffet. I'm on 4k calories to CUT weight.
Want to get your diet in check? and I'm not harasssing you.
Figure out what you want to get. Want 200lbs? Eat like it.
I'd mess around with 5k calories, 300g protein, 500 or so carbs and lift your heavy core lifts like you mean it.
Your diet needs to be in writing. And you need to set an alarm on your watch to go off every 2 hours to make sure you are consuming 40-60 grams of protein every 2 hours.
Use your post work out nutrition, eat clean and the weight will come.
I've been 180lbs my whole life until I figured out that diet is the key.
Plan on spending 2 hours every few days prepping food unless you have time to cook every meal ever 2 hours.

It's easy and it's 52g protein in 4 oz.
I don't like to eat a huge breakfast or I just want to go back to bed.
All I have to do is toast a whole wheat bagel while I take my morning dump, put on some low fat cream cheese, grab a bag of jerky and I'm out the door.

It works for me.
Fresh whole grain rye bread is not that bad for you I buy the heavy whole grain bread, I'm not buying wonder bread and slapping some processed meat between it with some 99 cent cheese lol.
As far as salt intake....I'm not concerned with my blood pressure or cholesterol at all as I'm 28 with genetically good blood pressure and cholesterol. Bloat....I can live with it, but have to take letro some times to deal with the bloat from Test E.
