sounds exciting. my chest day sucked yesterday cuz my carpal tunnel was killin me and i couldnt put weight on my wrist. so i half assed it then felt unfullfilled and did legs at the end

i wrap it and wear a wrist brace all day at work

doesnt do anything. still cant put pressure or weight on it

i can pull with it. so back day is no problem. but pushing with it blows. so some tri, and all chest excercises hurt

but the pain comes and goes so for a few weeks it may not hurt
