    Legit Free Photoshop software download

    Group,

    I have some photos I want to enhance and or photshop. I am looking for a free download that doesn't have an end user license.

    Try Picasa, it works well. If your want photoshop I can get you a copy.

    Picasa is great. How do I hide the folder history? And, how do I re-size a photo in Picasa.
