I think I reached my genetic limits
that's right fellows, I think I have max out my genetic limit, can't gain more pound beyond 227 Ibs from a low of 190 Ibs. Do I need to consider more cycles, check my stat on profile? A year ago I promise myself I have had enough of testicular atrophy and would not ever contemplate another cycle..but hey here I am askking ya'll for clue, so you tell me.

You are already cycling but think you have reached your genetic limit? Kinda sounds like an oxymoron to me.

No I have not cycle in more than a year, see profile for detail of cycles I had.

edit: Its just the SMARTER thing to do if you actually expect feedback, when its in open sight EVERYONE can see it. When people have to look for it they don't take you seriously.

ok, training 7 years on and off???? how is your training now??
you need to be consistant, this is a MARATHON, not a sprint
I am 5'11 and 250, so I know at 6'1" you have not reached your limit yet at 227.

Thanks guys. diet is mainly Sudanese food which main compose of rice,meat, chicken, veggies, bread, spaggetti,salad, bean, milk and sudanese pastries.

I dont understand the genetic limit statement because you are not insanely huge and you have already cycled. More than likely your diet is off and thats why your not seeing anymore gains

I have done 3 cycles only in the past and i dare to say I'm not contemplating to go thru another cycle. I have had enough of testicular atrophy phase. What I meant by the genetic statement, it seem it is conventional that everyone has his limit or plateau if u will. and I was thinking perhaps I reached that threshold, in others words I can't exceed beyond my internal prescribe genetic code.

What do the wheels look like? Could very well be behind on size there like so many other guys are. Doing all those heavy squats is the hardest part of training in the gym I think.
Heres a good measurement....How many times have you thrown up on leg day? if its less than 6 in your lifetime your not training legs hard enough lol.
