    workout = pimples??

    hey fellows, I took some personal time from working out for about 2 months. But recently I start working out like Rocky Balboa on his way to boxing match and Strangely, out of nowhere I begin to see a rush of pimples emerging all over my neck, back, and face? Why. I'm not on cycle. My last cycle was more than a Year ago! Why as soon I begin to work out I develop Pimples? Please Help!!!

    agreed, big cause of pimples is clogged pores caused by bad hygiene, shower and rinse TWICE with body soap, the first time gets the majority of the sweat and such, the second time gets the remainder, you'll see results

    I had a pimple once, gave it a name, spent hours talking to it, even had nights out together...
    It left me for a bar of soap...

    are you allergic to the fluoride that is in water?

    my mom used break out in rashes and the doctor told her it was from the fluoride in the water and that she should wash her face with distilled water...don't know if the dr. was just throwing shit out there because thats how a lot of them are? but it seemed to help
