The reason I am here is to learn more about building a better body with minimum risks and side effects. I would also like to learn more about some of the Steroids available on the market and how to use them as safe as possible. From reading the posts I can see that there is lot of experience here and advice but everyone has a specific goal and requirement and of course advice is different for every one of us. I don’t want to just ask for how to take some of the drugs and how much without giving you some background about myself first to help the experienced members give me some advice if possible. Here is about me;

Length of training: 12 Years
Number of Steroids courses taken since started training 12 years ago: 6
Steroids Taken: Viromone, Primobolan, Clen & (PCT)
Length of Cycle: Max 12 Weeks
Last Time I have administered Steroids: Year 2007
Bench: 140 kg
Squat: 170 kg
Dead lift: 180 kg
Shoulder Press bar: 80 kg
Body fat: Sorry I have newer measured but small love handles.
Waist: 33â€
Arms: 17â€
Training regime: 5 Days per week one body part per day. Mon = Back, Tues = Chest, Wed = Legs, Thur = Shoulders, Friday = Arms, abs after every session.
Training Time: between 1.00 pm and 2-2.30 PM
Diet: No strict diet (help needed)
PWO: Protein drink
Other Supplement: Aminos and Zinc
I do not do any sports apart from recreational mountain biking and therefore my only goal is to build a slightly bigger, better & healthier body.
I believe now I have reached my MAX with training and I am thinking of perhaps doing a Novice Steroid Cycles (Cycle #1). Since my goal is not only to increase mass I would also like to add to this Winstrol for cutting up.
Now that I have put little bit of information about my background and you have my goals will this be enough information for someone to give me some serious advice not only on the cycle but also on the diet. Diet is very important probably more than gear to me. I have seen some good diets on the posts here but people have different training regimes and different goals so I did not believe it will work for me. I like most of the food especially oats, fruit, chicken, beef, rice, pasta, yogurt, vegetables. I prefer to get protein in to my body via food as opposite drink the protein shakes but if I have to I will have a shake. My favourite is EAS MYOPLEX WHEY.
