    Manufacturer Recalls Hollow Point Bullets That Fail To Explode Inside Targets.

    "First notice of defective bullets came when a man shot and killed his brother during an altercation at a county fair and was disappointed that the bullet left his brother's face "more or less intact".

    "Steel Hawk Inc. is offering a full refund to customers who bought thenon-flesh-shredding bullets."

    That's funny! Reminds me of the true story when the Denver police shot a purse snatcher 57 times. The newspapers were filled with letters complaining that the guy lived and the cops should be allowed to use the hollow points to more effectively do the job. Denver is unique in many ways...
