when can i do sprints?
I train weight Mon Wed and Fri
Mon-Back,Bi's,Hams-Deads ever other week
Wed-Chest,Shoulder Tri-Bench and Milt press the weeks i dont Dead an squat
Fri-Quads-Squat same week i dead
Mon-thur or mon-fri Brazilian jiu-jitsu
Sat Sun completely off.
so when could i do my sprints? id like to sprint twice a week.
but if i deadlift i wont wannt sprint the next day and dont wanna sprint before i squat. dont wanna over train but i do wanna sprint. so tell whats you think.
