need quick help with a question
when can i do sprints?
I train weight Mon Wed and Fri
Mon-Back,Bi's,Hams-Deads ever other week
Wed-Chest,Shoulder Tri-Bench and Milt press the weeks i dont Dead an squat
Fri-Quads-Squat same week i dead
Mon-thur or mon-fri Brazilian jiu-jitsu
Sat Sun completely off.
so when could i do my sprints? id like to sprint twice a week.
but if i deadlift i wont wannt sprint the next day and dont wanna sprint before i squat. dont wanna over train but i do wanna sprint. so tell whats you think.

u answered your own questions... sprint on the days you dont work your lower back or legs...

i mean weekly though so i dunno i mean how could i dead the next day sprint???

I do sprints any time any place, the cops chase me alot but im always prepared..

any day besides legs? i would always lift upper body (i never did legs in high school, soccer/track/wrestling hit them well enough) muscles then do 200m repeats around the hallways with my lifting partner (also probably my best friend, also almost my brother in law haha)
