    Hahaha dont worry I dont have bitch tits, but I got a new guy at my work and he no sh*t he has B*tch tits so my question is, what would be the easiest way to help this kid I say kid because hes 18 probaly about 6' 2'' 195 25%-30% bf no strong by any means, so question without being like jesus man eat this and give him nolvadex is there any workouts that will help with that?

    haha no no but I did come close to getting bitch tits after this last train up.... beings how I was only with my wife maybe 2 months outa the time home the rest I spent in places where gym was a person not a place. and starving for 5 days does kind of **** up your system.
