they want to make that legal?? if the pictures were only available to kids it might be one thing, but if anyone can see them it should still count as child porn.... as far as the parents, if its on the internet or not, girls do a lot of stuff along those lines that would make parents very uncomfortable to say the least.

in high school, a lot of pictures and a couple videos of girls made there way around pretty much everyones phones. a lot of people do it without it being spread around, but it still happens. i have a couple that weren't directly to me haha...

this law basically just looks like a loop hole some sick individuals can use to make child pornography. I think whoever is considering legalizing this is out of their minds.


However, if 1 14 year old boy here or there does something stupid, and a one time thing, its not anything worth serious trouble. it should be looked at as a case by case basis.

Actually, the problem began with full adult charges being pressed against the kids that sent the pics of themselves over the internet. In several states children are facing possible twenty year prison terms and the rest of their lives on the sex offender registry, becase they sent pics to their BF or GF and they were underage. of course its child pornography. how would it not be? i think the big problem with it being illegal is that its a law that can only be enforced against minors, which is ridiculous. similar to drug laws, making it illegal doesnt really have a deterrent effect, it just punishes people who are not harming anyone else.
