    Have to agree with you on that entire post minus the civil war part and that. I do see large scale riots tho.

    CArbon tax credit trading is one of the largest industries on the world already. Plants sell their unused carbon emissions credits to other plants around the globe. It is in th trillions of dollars.

    There is actually a legal movement in legislation in 37 states to fight and reduce the amount of control that the Federal Government has over State sovereignty.
