ok here is the thing....she is REALLY pregnant. DONT argue with her. Wait till she give birth most women say no more babies after they experience the first time. Realize that you wont be making love to her approx. 1 month after the birth. After giving birth she will be high on estrogen levels so she will be sentimental and depressed ( believe me I been there) so this conversation you are worried about the response should be "Ok Honey" ...let her give birth and let her go through all the steps that involved in pregnancy. If she still wants the baby then you can have adult conversation .try to avoid this topic one month after her pregnancy till she become close to normal till then your responce should be "ok Honey".
