    very good way to get hurt.. just imagine if the dick got caught up high, and was met with 6 plates.

    besides that, it looks like a whole lot of arching to move the weight around.

    Impressive with the weight but i don't see the point in risking an injury over it. Spent less effort in getting it up, take it from a rack and press more weight.

    That's what I thought at first, but they are there.

    I never understood the guy's who lift their leg and cross their feet when benching. I have to plant my feet when going heavy.
