i was at the squat rack and took a couple of plates off the bar only on 1 side of it and the bar fell over and hit the glass and every 1 look at my direction but it did not crack.

and also.....you should be able to take 2 off one side with no issues in a standard width rack.....my brother claims 3 is fine...but i wont do it
Doing a strip set one time and after the last strip I had 135 on the bar and did maybe three and was trying to push the last one up and my spotter started hollering come man you can get that shit light weight light weight drawing EVERYONES attention. It was funny and embarrassing, or well it was emberising anyway,
farted doing abs
mine was during cardio, fell down while running on the treadmill, hit the thread and flew back against the wall...and everyone noticed, but I was laughing to hard to get up...lol
Some times when Im in the zone and my IPOD is just blaring I must make some pretty wild grunting noises, everyone walks by and kinda smiles at me and I turn red
hell i feel like a child 315 ,225 ,135 . Even the 135 thats like just over 21 stones . Its 297 Llbs . 140 kg is as much as i go .
Anyway mines was i had just started trainning and was watching this guy on the bench and we was pushing what looked like a ok ammount . When he got off i thought ill try it . No one spotting me . Lifted the bar bang straight down on my chest im lying there bar across me couldnt move it . Was like squeeling like a pig on heat for someone to get the thing off me . Place was packed and i got a bollocking from some ig guy telling me how bloody stupid i was and that a gym was no place for kids fooling around .
People were standing everywhere, it was some stupid raquetball tournement at my gym and the crowd spilled into the weight area, old stupid men standing everywhere in my way.
So getting all frustrated with not being able to move, I went to the smith machine and proceed to pull a 45 off in a quick angry motion, little did I know (I am retarded) there was a 10 on there in front of it, somehow I couldn't see it, and it flew off and smashed my shin and I bled everywhere.
I farted when doing a heavy squat and shit came out, dribbled down my leg in full view..
I never returned to that gym...
One of the first times I was ever in a gym, I was 15, and I was using the weight assisted dip machine. Instead of using it for dips, I was pulling myself down LOL. So I ended up doing the whole stack and I did some reps, thinking this is waaay to easy, so I stepped off while the weight was at the bottom and the weight flew upwards and made the loudest banging noise I ever heard. The whole gym stopped to look, so I just walked away and got some water.
i wasn't too close to 315, but i HATE that feeling... like not heavy at all but your arms just can't go anywhere. it feels like pushing against a wall, like you can't really push full force, and no work gets done at all.
i really don't know what mine might be... maybe the first day i started lifting and was doing 100lbs on bench for some ugly reps haha... but gotta start somewhere
