    I can't walk

    Had an insane leg day on friday.......and friday and saturday were inject quad days.......as of this morning....i can't walk......i'm barely hobbling around wincing...


    AND I HAVE TO GO TRAIN SHOULDERS LATER!!! this sucks


    whats more i injected a different part of my left quad than usual because of my fear of exploding oil......and of course....virgin pin site...that much worse



    oh and on top of that i start clen back up today....so i can't hold anything still to save my life

    Get on the elliptical for a few minutes. That always helps me loosen things up

    i did.....pfft u know i did lol.....

    DB shoulder press with sore as **** frontal quadage.....WOW INTENSE PAIN....couldn't set the DBs back down on my legs after the 90s either cuz when i did i'd have an involuntary reaction and they'd go flying....

    well, why'd u get that sore in the first place.. u just getting back at it?? dont push yourself so damn hard.. and stretch pre and post workout

    and i have to stretch after workouts now cuz of my knee..

    injected a diff part of my left quad is contributing greatly to da issue
