we all know how bad some certain "herbs" can be for our diets, training routines, and overall physical health..

i spend hours in the diet forum a day helping people get their shit together and when the issue arises about certain "herbs", i do not condon it's use...

but on a day like today, i like to set aside all my responsibilities and live it up a little..

shit, i ate clean for the last 14 days so i could refeed today on purpose...

soo im about to go get as high as a giraffe's pu$$sy, happy 420 kids...

I suppose you live in California or someplace where state government permits this in some cases.....I gotta say, herbs are the most potent vasodilator you could ever find for lifting weights and I think it can even strengthen muscle contraction.

Having said its truly the most wonderful substance on Earth besides girls. Nothing enhances music and deep medidation quite like herbs you might use.

i used to enjoy the herbs tooo much back in the days before i got serious about my health.. those days are gone, but today is the day i get to have a taste..

Isnt it convenient how they put "Earth Day" 2 days after 420 day?

Lets just dedicate a whole month to the cause. April 1st we can celebrate coco trees, April 2nd we celebrate the opium poppy, and April 3rd we all od and die.

used to do it all the time...then one day i decided to quit and focus more on making my body healthier. Once i quit i realized how stupid it actually is....yeah some people can function fine but some people just take it too far. My old roommates pretty much are the sample of lazy ass potsmokers. They work and make plenty of money but still live with his girlfriend's parents and spend most of their money on pot...its like they work and live to smoke....they get high and then eat junk food all day...just in the year i stayed with them they both probably gained atleast 30-40lbs of fat each. And thats all that they had in common was smoking weed and eating LOL. If it wasn't that they would spend all their time in a different area of the house and sit there and just be dumbstruck. rollie pollies LOL
