If you wanna really get your sister like 5 trillion votes this might work. When I use to download from rapidshare they would put limits in certain time frames like 3 free downloads then you have to wait 15mins to download again.

I got one of those proxy/ip changers and was able to download w/out any restrictions.
So the way you have people voting once a day, I assume that site puts their ip on a 24 hour timer till its cleared.
But I think theres a way you can refresh your ip in MS DOS. So guy would go into their run command, type "ip refresh" then vote again, then refresh and keep doing it over and over.

I'm no computer expert but I'm pretty sure you can crush those limits real easy. If anyone knows post then your sister can thank me later when she wins.

That's not quite how it works. Although you request to renew, it's actually your isp which decides whether or not your ip lease has expired. If it hasn't you get the same one. The only other option is spoofing, which i promise you is entirely to difficult to be done with a lil program that an average user could understand.
