people who wear tapout shirts.....
ok...
so, lately - there's been a huge rash of douchebags in the gym .....
and they ALL wear tapout shirts.... they talk about "how sick they are going to be at muai tai", and they walk around trying to pretend they look huge.
for all those people....
a) you are not huge. you're fat. there's a difference between huge amazing, and being huge disgusting.... most people who wear mma shirts, fit in the latter.....
b) wearing a tapout shirt doesn't make you an MMA fighter....
c) you are as bad as the FAT obese people, who know every stat about football or hockey and wear the jerseys - but you suck ass and are over weight, and never play the game - tapout guys are the same as those fatties.
d) wearing a tapout shirt, doesn't make you strong enuff to do 3 plates (45) per side on bench...... the reason you got that whole 1 rep, is because of poor form, and your spotter having to lift half the weight to save your ass from being crushed.
it especially got bad, now that there's a "fight club" gym in niagara....
all these fat guys go, they punch a punching bag, and do a LITTLE bit of "grappling", and now think they are amazing......
i hate them all.
oh, and they only do bi's/bench and a teeny bit of ab work.
no lats, no delts, NEVER any leg days..... (cuz we all know, those arn't important when wearing a tshirt)
ugh...

Since when did one's gym attire establish one to be a douchebag?

i agree but being the hustler that i am i have to tip my hat to their marketing. they brain washed all these tools into thinking the shirt will make them cool.

Okay.
Here's the deal:
PROBLEM: You feel threatened when someone that lacks a certain physique wears something that you might wear yourself.
ANSWER: Humble yourself.
PROBLEM: We allow ourselves to assume that one presumes a great amount of substance when wearing such attire. Be it his fighting ability. Mojo. Etc.
ANSWER: Humble yourself.
PROBLEM: (to the thread creator) One has enough pride to create such a thread.
ANSWER: Humble yourself.
None of us hung the moon. One's attire does not describe ones well being.

I think this epidemic is making its way up here and from what Ive seen every one wearing the 'Tapout' shirt has way more problems than bad taste in clothing.

one of my friends is "that guy". he wears tapout, affliction, even mma shorts to work out, the first two at any time. he is far from in good shape, far from knowing how to workout, and even farther from being anything close to decent at mma.
i am about 175, 5'9, wrestled for one year (albeit top 10 hs in the country) and he is 220, 6'2. i KICK HIS ASS every single time we wrestle or grapple. i've never lost to him, and i don't do anything tricky lol..
so yeah, usually those guys are clowns. however, a lot of wrestlers wear it, and thats fine with me cause most wrestlers are actually tough guys

i was out a few wks ago at this whole in the wall bar w a few friends. i walk up to the bar to get a water and accidentaly bump this cat wearin a matching tap out shirt and hat and this fvckn clown says sumthing along the lines of "watch it man im a cage fighter" i couldnt help but laugh cause the guy was a massive 180lbs and soft. I was out to see my friends(Im a hermit now days)not to fight so i laugh n tell him good luck w that big guy n walk away. Everybody in St.Louis seems to think ther a fvckn cage fighter UFC guy wtf ever u wana call it but its just so stupid. Dont get me wrong iv seen a few fights and its a respectable sport but the jokers that follow it need a reality check.

i guess the customers are as dumb as the owner who just killed himself acting like a jackass on the road...
i heard his ferrari was pretty much sliced right down the middle......

Why are you tapping on the ground while I'm beating your ass? That's not helping anything.
