i know the story. it is similar because in both stories they were basically banished from their family life (albeit in different ways)

but with oedipus, he was sent away as a baby, then years later came back and took over, and did the whole incest thing.

idk if the song is true, but if you listen to immortal technique, he raps about some crazy stuff, so i wouldn't doubt it.
