i dont go to certain gyms in my area because the girsl are way too hot...

there's a gym in the valley where i live where every god damn porn star, actress, and model works out at....

i put on my headphones and wear a hat low to my eyes...

i dont like to be distracted at the gym.. im in there for one reason only..

dont get me wrong, it is possible...

you have to put a coupla things into play

proximity...
aggressivness...

you have to approach the girl as if you dont want to ask her out..

if she notices that intention, she'll put her bitch sheild up...

you have to neg her passively..

i.e. you have to insult her without insulting her.. it's kinda weird..

i.e. i go to a club, start talking to a chick and say "nice ear rings" in the most honest way, but i say "my mom has the same pair"

this is a passive aggressive neg..

iv never trained at a gym where women would train.watch 'a week in the dungeon' .in the uk there are plenty of those sort of gyms.go in,do your work,grab your stuff and go home...no changing rooms,tvs,hair dryers,heavy weight alarms,personal trainers,people chatting on mobiles,floor mats..infact any soft shite.
even to this day i dont understand people who go to gyms as part of their social life...do you want to work out or spend 2 hrs tryin to find an excuse not to.
anyone from birmingham england try halesowen cycling track,pro fitness,muscle machine,flex in digbeth,the pheasent,oldbury leisure club....i could go on,if you get the chance try temple gym,temple row....most wont get the chance..its dorians place.

that kinda the point, she's not stupid, she knows you want to talk to her, so if she agrees she's passively saying that she doesn't mind talking to you, and it also doesn't sound like you are into her(even though you both know you are)

it's a win-win, because even if she says, "i can't i'm busy", then at the very least you've talked to her and know where you stand, now you can decide if you want to continue trying to approach her at a later time or just forget her

Hot chicks at the gym?The only women at my gym are big hairy mountain women who play rugby and things like that, or 45 year old who seem pertified at the idea of getting fat because they go to the gym everyday and do 2 and a half hours of cardio.Which is probably why they look like saggy skeletons.

I rarely get distracted by hotties at the gym. It is wierd though because I stay all sweaty and breathing hard throughout my entire w/o, headphone jamming I am pumping my head a little, and have a growl on my face...tota; focus. YET, I always have the girls trying to get my attention and batting thier eyes. I always wear loose shorts. I was on cylce and this HOT mexican goddess had made a comment like 'good job' after a lift. well when I did my next bench press I was pitching a tent! I never skipped a beat and she has never said good job again!

I workout at my college gym, so you can imagine my pain. I am the horniest motha****er without gear, with gear I feel like so helpless all the girls on the treadmills and running around in sports bra and tight gym shorts.

All of a sudden I will be doing dips look up spot a hot chick and then lose count on reps and im like "fvck how many did I just do?"

All think about is how tight they must feel around my dick.....

Luckily in a week I am going down to visit the folks since class will done with, enough of being in the "land of temptation"
