This is of course hypothetical, since you can't really order and get just anything you want. BUT I would have either Cajun, Japanese, or Mexican. The Cajun meal would be chicken and andouille gumbo, sausage and alligator jambalaya, a half dozen links of smoked boudoin, a fresh baked baguette, and a 6-pack of miller light. The Japanese meal would be a bowl of GOOD rice with just anything lightly stir fried but without all the teriyaki sauce or anything else too salty. Smoked eel, with that special smoked eel sauce, maybe. I would also have a half dozen futomaki, a dozen crunchy rolls and a big sashimi platter, heavy on the tuna. Plenty of sake to toast my sushi chef. The Mexican meal would be a huge milanesa, a gigantic bowl of menudo and FRESH corn tortillas, as in made while I wait for them, a half pint of tequila, a 6 of Miller Lite, and a couple of limes.
