    Lol, ya I said it was pretty interesting. I've watched it multiple times already to try to remember most of it.

    Saw it all. Very eye opening.

    Talks not only of how important proper nutrition is but also shows and explains why doctors and the pharmaceutical industry do not want us to know how beneficial proper nutrition can be and how many diseases can be avoided and cured by just eating well.

    I do not see myself eating 51% raw food like its said on the documentary even because a good part of my diet is animal protein, but apart from that I think I eat in a way that helps me being healthy. I am 32 and as far as I can remeber, apart from the diseases that its normal to have when you are a kid, the only times I was ever sick was with a mild cold and that has been 3 or 4 times in these 32 years.

    Very very eye opening, I can't lie, I was not going to watch it because it is very long but I can say I have learned a lot and and will change the way I look at food and vitamins....
