    Waiting on my boy to burn me copies. Ive seen most of it and its pretty good. Lots of cardio and leaning out. Very intense workouts.

    p90x is way intense, i returned my videos after a months. I must be a puss and i thought i was in great shape........it killed me. If you can stick with it you can get in shape. Tons of cardio, definetley not recommended if you want to keep size.
