arghh sick
Alright guys this is how it is. I had a good month of diet and training now im sick and its stuffed my week up. Im just trying to gain lean mass and now that im sick i havnt trained or dieted propley this week. I have lost abit of my appetite so im just eating anything to try and not loose mass or strength. e.g for today i had normal oats and eggs for breakfast , chicken couple meat pies, rice cream ect. So is this alryt if im sick just to try and get all my carbs and protein in even though the source may not be the best? or is it better to just not eat lol. Cause as you may know when your sick you cant be botherd cooking healthy 6 meals a day ect
