This week I had to go a few times late in the day when it was crowded and watching all the wanna be's made me think of this thread for you guys, so here you go, vent and have fun. I will start:
** If you do chest 3 or more times a week, YOU ARE NOT A BODYBUILDER
** If you can curl more than you can squat, YOU ARE NOT A BODYBUILDER
** If you use a broom handle or any long stick in your workout, YOU ARE NOT A BODYBUILDER
** If your legs are skinnier than your arms, YOU ARE NOT A BODYBUILDER
** If you eat less than 6 meals a day, YOU ARE NOT A BODYBUILDER
** If your idea of a diet is 4 shakes a day, YOU ARE NOT A BODYBUILDER
