    Question Anyone ever have..

    Friggen FOREHEAD spasms or twitches right below the hairline??

    Feels like the very top muscles in my forehead are tightening and then loosening...

    The MOST annoying... MOST FVCKING ANNOYING THING EVER....

    Happened at the gym tonight... Then freaked me out... Anxiety attack... BANG... Thought I was dying... LOL...

    Yah yah yah yah I have a Panic disorder/hypochondriac-ism ... so what?? But I mean come on... this aint right... a FOREHEAD SPASM !?!? A FOREHEAD MUSCLE LOCKING UP ON ME ?? What the hell ?!?!! Why does the weirdest shit have to happen to me?? I can't just have NORMAL aches and ailments... NO ... Of course not...

    I've heard of this. You're definitely going to die....

    Jk. If it stops happening, don't worry about it. Bodies do wierd shit all the time, especially if you're an anxious mofo.

    Of course I'm completely the opposite type of guy from you. I don't worry about shit until it is a glaring problem and you would have to drag me kicking and screaming to the doctor unless I was really fvcked up.

    Hahahaha ... Yah I used to be like that... GOD i wish I could go back to those days... I broke my ankle one time... knew it was broke to sh1t and still said ehhh I'll go to the hospital tomorrow... for now.. I am gonna finish this here Bud 12 pack... ahh the days of being 18... Lets just say that was probably ONE of the stupider mistakes that I have ever made in Me life....

    But regardless... I still finished my shoulder workout tonight... didnt do much of a cardio attack but oh well.. life will go on... I hope

    I got salmonella this winter during the last outbrake. Didn't go to the doctor for that because I read that it would go away on its own if you are a healthy adult. Misreable 2 weeks.

    LOL !!! Been there done that too my brotha... except.. I didnt tough it out.. I had to go to the grocery store... the last thing I remembered was a bunch o spinning and looking up at the lights of the grocery store... fast forward twelve hours and im in an Hospital ER packed with ICE and arms full of IV's and basically on my death bed...


    LIFE IS SEVERELY FVCKED UP AINT IT??

    I get twitches like that all over. My eyebrow, eyelids, chest, etc... It is wierd but as long as it isn't my eye it's kinda funny. The eye twitching is f'n annoying.

    I got kind of what your describing only in my eyelids and a few other places... involuntary muscle spasms is one symptom of calcium deficiancy.. no matter what I did it wouldn't go away got worse and worse, so I started supplementing calcium carbonate and magnesium and it went away.. I've even tested it out, if I stop taking them if comes back.. so it works well... if you keep having it try that out it worked wonders for me

    Today in the gym, I yawned and at the end of my yawn my right trap/neck/and part of my jaw just cramped and was immbolized for 15 seconds, it hurt like a bitch and I looked like an idiot in the gym when it happend (luckily I was resting)
