well first of all you weren't "set up" at all, and if you don't know why you were suspended you seriously need a reality check

I am the one that reported the thread where YOU and only YOU were making threats. Never did I say you made any threats or bash ME, (learn to read) YOU made them To other members. If you need me to quote them here, I will be happy to dig them out for you. I am a monitor if you can't tell by the color of my name. It is my job to report crap that goes against the board rules.
That thread and your posts were put into review, and ADMIN along with many other MODS made the final decision, not I.

Your entire attitude on this board is volatile at best, you SEEM to be here to just pick fights. This board does not tolerate that. If you didn't learn anything by your suspension, then by all means, keep going the way you are and you will not be here much longer !!

While J431S was stupid to carry on posting in that thread (no offence mate), I do feel there was clear baiting and completely inappropriate flaming and behaviour going on but NOT JUST FROM HIM.

This board is supposed to be impartial and not some "good ole boys club" that should single out people.

what you need to understand is that the board is FAIR.....I have NO powers to suspend or ban. THE ADMIN is totally anonymous, and no one knows who he/she is,

and you also need to know this goes way beyond just that one thread. That is the thread that put me over the edge with his posting and I reported him. after that, it is up to ADMIN to review not just that thread, but J431S other posts and threads to determine his attitude on this board and the contribution he is making.

Obviously the ADMIN feels that he deserved being suspended for his actions, the admin may or may not have handed out other warnings to other posters in that thread. Its not our place to know, as its not our board. So don't ASSUME because he was the only one suspended that no one else got warned for their parts in it as well

I think even though there was flaming in the thread it was due to the OP starting the thread in the first place. No one asked or put him up to starting the thread in the first place it was not the first thread started by the OP, I asked admin to delete the first one he started about brown ninja, the second one got locked. Then he did it again, now having said that the first one I can understand, but continue after it got deleted he was looking for trouble and found it....

To be honest, I wish you would not have come back JMO, but now that you have, I am not sure I was expecting to get suspended and woulld not have cared because I believe in what I write and how I treated you at the time, and as long as you do not disrespect me, I will not disrespect you. I believe you crossed the line when you sent me the email taking things to a whole new level and should have forward it and all the pm's to admin, but then agian I am not a punk, I guess we will see how it goes.....
