    Smile Hr/calorie monitoring watches?

    anybody know of any good, accurate, user friendly watches that can monitor calories burned and HR (while in motion)? this would be great considering i am goign to be throwing in some sprints in my routine. any feedback appreciated

    nope, sorry. just dont b sprinting in the free wt area

    I've wanted to buy one also, when I work out I track my heart rate. I just walk over to the tread mill and grab the bars and turn it on though.

    It would be nice to see what your heart rate it through the day.

    My work is really physical, I could control/pace my heart rate to make sure I don't metabolize any muscle working also then.

    Garmin has some pretty sweet ones. When I did metabolic testing we just used a cheap Polar heart rate monitor. It was very accurate and inexpensive.
