For sure man. I thought hey, it can't be that bad. But I honestly had to hit the pause button once for an extra 10 seconds or so. lol

It was pretty fun, but sucked at the same time. You should try it!

Yeah, I haven't tried Cross Fit, been meaning to though.
From my understanding, its similar, but involves more weights and compound movements.

Hell of a workout I imagine.

i've done the ab ripper disc....

    i just started it...

no wonder my abs sucked before... the ab ripper disc should fix that ... seperate them out more...

i don't normally believe the home workout sh1t, but p90x seems really good in comparison to most home work out gimmicks.....

if i couldn't go to the gym, or was on the go a lot for business, p90x is what i'd be doing if that's all i had...

Yeah it is intense. I really did not like the ab ripper though. It did not seem to work my abs at all but rather my lower back and hips. But after reading the posts about it I may have to actually give it a chance and not just a couple of times.

I've watched the infomercials on it, of course all of them make it look easy, but I'm sure I would pass out after the first 10mins.

My friend is giving me a free copy of theirs so I might need to check it out and give it a whirl. I think they have a weight loss version too.

havent really looked into it, but its more for toning and enurance rather than building muscle right?
