So, I finally got around to starting it.
And holy ****, its intense. I feel like puking.
lol, my cardio sucks.
Great stuff though. If anyone is looking for something different, changing it up, etc. This will do it for you.

Ive checked out a few dvds from my boys set. Its really intense. His cardio is way up and it puts him on his ass.
lol, nevermind.
I went to cross fit were I think a lot of p90x workout come from and man that is a work out.
Whats funny is that guy, I dont know his name, makes it all look like a cake walk.
Im here about to pass out on my floor and he is "resting" doing jumping jacks and shit haha...
i've done the ab ripper disc....
i just started it...
no wonder my abs sucked before... the ab ripper disc should fix that ... seperate them out more...
i don't normally believe the home workout sh1t, but p90x seems really good in comparison to most home work out gimmicks.....
if i couldn't go to the gym, or was on the go a lot for business, p90x is what i'd be doing if that's all i had...
yeah its pretty intense and it does make u realize how ur cardio sucks
i wonder if there is a torrent for it? that shits expensive lol
any one know where i can download the set ???
I'll sell it to you for $300
i got my copy from newsgroups
if anyone needs it, drop me a pm
Yeah it is intense. I really did not like the ab ripper though. It did not seem to work my abs at all but rather my lower back and hips. But after reading the posts about it I may have to actually give it a chance and not just a couple of times.
I've watched the infomercials on it, of course all of them make it look easy, but I'm sure I would pass out after the first 10mins.
My friend is giving me a free copy of theirs so I might need to check it out and give it a whirl. I think they have a weight loss version too.
havent really looked into it, but its more for toning and enurance rather than building muscle right?
^^Definitely man. If you are looking to put on size, I wouldn't recommend it
