I'm thinking I need to go 18-20 weeks anyway I feel I'm a little loose in the waist.Should I stop doing cardio?I'm doing 45 min am empty stomach,45 min stepping mill pwe,45 min treadmill speed 2.5 before last meal.I havn't had any fruit in 12 weeks so I had 2 banannas after the gym for sake of blood sugar.I know this is a competitive bb Q N A but I need to address this before it gets worse.Any supps vitamins?
