My abilitiy throughout the day to eat my meals on time, and take my vitamins used to be the determining factor as to whether or not I was in a good mood. I am much more relaxed about it now, and realize that I am not getting paid to bodybuild, and my goals are absolutely achievable without being extremely strict on my diet. If I have to miss one meal here and there, I no longer get too pissed off about it. How are you guys when it comes to your workout schedule, and meal schedule?
