Do you live and die with your meal schedule?
My abilitiy throughout the day to eat my meals on time, and take my vitamins used to be the determining factor as to whether or not I was in a good mood. I am much more relaxed about it now, and realize that I am not getting paid to bodybuild, and my goals are absolutely achievable without being extremely strict on my diet. If I have to miss one meal here and there, I no longer get too pissed off about it. How are you guys when it comes to your workout schedule, and meal schedule?

When I can't work out I'm pissed!
But when my meal was not on schedule I'll be really really pissed....

some weeks I maybe eat a little to much fat, but never ever miss a workout and if I cant feel a little pain the next day I feel like I have been r i p p e d off!

I use to be completely tunnel visioned with my Diet/Training. I have relaxed a whole hell of alot the last 3yrs or so...
I'm going to enjoy my life, i'll be damned I get completely bent out of shape because I have to wait to eat my Tuna 30 minutes late bla bla bla***No source checks!!!***

yeah i get upset when i dont get in all my calories or miss a workout. ive come to realize it just happens sometimes

My meal times tend to drift a bit now n then, but i can't go far without summit to chew because I am an inhuman son of a bitch when hungry.
So i'm told..

No, but used to. I like cheating more now than ever. Seems to give me more incentive to get my fat ass to the gym.

workouts can be made up ..calories for the moat part cannot .... so yes i understand how u feel.

this year im not AS strict for getting shredded..... cuz im worried about cutting down too far, while im making significant progress......
but if i dont get 5 meals in, i feel like shit about it...i prefer more, but 5 is the minimum

if I miss a meal by more than 3 hours I get all paranoid and think I am shrinking. Like my body is on a clock, at 3 hours my mind starts realizing I have to eat and if I cant I start getting agigtated and sweat and actually develop a "pump" believe it or not.
I missed legs today because of work and that makes it 3 straight weeks I didnt do legs which is starting to piss me off, because I was just really getting into it.

I wouldn't say that, its just thats my bodys response to it. Like my mind thinks if I miss a meal I am starint to shrink so my becomes really self-concious and starts focusing on my stomach and all I think about is "you need to eat you need to eat you need to eat" and than I sweat because I get nervous that I am missing the "window" to eat.

Trust me, I used to be just like that. I would be at work, and have my meal nice and ready, and then I would get a rush of customers that I would have to deal with, and I would get so agitated, sweaty, nervous, etc. Chromium did help a little bit, but mostly you just have to be able to deal with it mentally.

yeah i used to worry about it.
but i seem to get my meals when i need too and if i dont i always have something with me
like some nuts or fruits.
i am maintaining and have no issue having fruits.
main thing is i just get something even its not a meal just keep meto going.

I dont EVER skip my training, i wont ever miss a meal, coz if i dont eat i get a "tad" aggressive ... and i will even drink a coke after my workout like now "gulp" ...
i aslo tend to relax a little.. but when im "on".. its on like "donkey kong"
