    Clothing Brands That Fit?

So I am noticing that my Large LaCoste shirts are getting snug around the shoulders and my traps bring the shirt up more, so it looks like it is too small. Thats how it looks to me anyways.

What brands do you guys typically go for? I am not even that big right now (right around 200lbs and just started cycle), so I imagine I'll be buying a lot of shirts in the coming months.

depends on your fashion style. Personally, i love the way polo fits. looks good and is snug on the arms, so you can show off the guns. Ed Hardy also has a good fit to it. As does BBC if you are able to afford (personally i wouldnt spend the money, but did anyway).

I typically prefer polo style shirts. I don't like button downs much, because I like short sleeves. As stated LaCoste is my favorite brand. Going to buy a size XL and see how it fits.

As for T-shirts for a night out, Affliction fits me very well but I have started to wear them less and less due to the douchebag rep they carry.

yeah polo is the way to go. i would try the xl first as well. personally, i just started wearing vintage/obscure t-shirts, because they let you stand out a bit and you dont have to worry about someone else having the same shirt. im debating on whether or not its a good idea to get the circa 1994 naughty by nature t-shirt that says "NAUGHTY NIGGAZ ARE THE CRAZIEST" on the back. really hard to find, and probably offensive given im not black.

im also trying to find this one, but its a real pain to get a hold of cuz it was a limited print by a smaller brand

i also just got a new one of these. yes, i had an original but it had moth holes. its a classic detroit pistons 89/90 championship t-shirt:

What I HATE about locaste is the fact that it is tight around my shoulders, traps, upper back, and arms and than around my waist/stomach it is loose as hell.

I get so aggravated, because its not a "snug" fit all around like my polos. For example, my waist is a 31 that expands to a wide back so when it comes to my lower back and stomach it just loosely flaps in the wind which pisses me off.

Anyway I am all about Polos, Locaste, and Burberry polos but I am moving away from locaste now because of their "fit" as for t-shirts I am starting to move towards Pac Sun brands like Billabong, I am in my twenties so I can pull it off.

I just buy from the clearance rack, I just try them on first. I've got clothes also that fit my various sizes, depending on if I'm bulking/strengthening or doing endurance work and shrinking.

For jeans, I like CK, since they have room for my ass. I get Carhartts a size larger to accomodate my humps, my humps, my lovely lady lumps.

if you get a size thats too big it'll just be a little inspiration to get bigger instead of dropping another $80/shirt.

burberry is nice, but $$$$$$$. personally i like polo > lacoste, but i wouldn't complain either way. i will never buy a tapout or affliction shirt

Look for contour fit clothing, some lines are making them now. The Buckle has some nice lines of clothing that is made large enough that it fits well.

Ambercrombie actually makes a "Muscle" fit now too. I normally fit in a large, but it's tight. A XXL Ambercrombie "muscle" fit shirt fits me about perfect though, the dress shirts and thermals are really nice too.

The Buckle always has stylish clothing, but try it all on first. I still like the Affliction shirts too, they fit nice, thinner material and form to your body well. A lot of my shirts seem to "short" because of the tightness between the chest and shoulders, lifts them up, the affliction, manchester and ed hardy. Lots of douch bags were Affliction now, but they look like douch bags in them, I don't.

Like Immortal, I like Polo's too. I can normally get your normal brand Polo's at discount stores, and your normal Polo's run bigger than the one's you will see in the trendy stores. Most polo's are made for guys normal size, but they want them tighter too, so bigger guys just look like tards in them.

The Extream Coulture shirts fit well too, and are pretty affordable. Not as decorative or "loud" as some of your affliction shirts, which is fine.

Everyone should try the Ambercrombie "muslce" fit line though, dress shirts are the worse to try to get to fit. The normal XL's drape so bad, but the contour and muscle fit, are a much better fitting shirt for guys with these muslce problems.

I recently went shopping for some jeans. It seems Levi's stopped making the baggy silvertab which is my favorite. These days apparently the saran wrap look is the style for jeans. No thanks, I prefer some room w/ my jeans. I found Sean John the only brand that still makes them baggy. Not to the point where the jeans are falling off your ass, but a little room is nice.

Thats the issue with going up and down in weight. Clothes always either too tight or too big.

    get a bigger size.

I have longer arms, so it's hard to find anything with the sleeves long enough.

The muscle fit line goes up to a XXXL. I'm 6' 210lbs, on a cycle I was up to 226 and I fit into a XXL okay.

They will all vary also, some might not fiit, but a lot of them fit so much better than a normal shirt. Just have to try them on first.

Lacoste? Wow I used to wear that maybe 5 years ago. I bought some J.Lindeberg couple years ago...they are much better then Lacoste in terms of quality.

What I hate about Pac-Sun is the difference in sizes.

A difference in a medium and a large or a large and XL sometimes is night and day.

Like with a medium, I put it on and I am like "**** I better not breath or this shirt is going to rip in half" and then I put on the large and its like two sizes two big.

But I do like there shirt designs, I am moving away from Hollister and Abercrombie because I just realized that all their shirts are the ****ing same.

i would get a bigger size, but i don't want to roll the sleeves just so i can use my hands. i'm only 5'9 so i don't have giant arms. i like the fit, i'm just saying for someone with a bigger back i could see it causing problems.

American eagle is made by ralph lauren (I think). Good quality and low prices.
