I think the problem is people have this expectation where they think cops cant be lowlives, then they're shocked when they see videos like this.

Cops are not an elite group of professionally trained cia agents or feds. The training they undergo is a joke, and this video if proof of that fact. I know 2 cops off the top of my head who are straight alchoholics, drink everyday, one of them has a father who is cheif of police in our town, go figure.

But the REASON we do that (hire imcompetent cops) is because if we made it harder to become a cop, we wouldnt have enough to keep society (us) under control.

If you paid officers even 80k (which isn't much for some one who has to in theory put themselves in so much danger), then they woudln't just be power hungry @ssholes joining who can't get much more than 30k on their own.
