1 Jimmy Dean D-Lights Sausage,Eggs,Potatos,Cheese - 230 Cals - 19 grams carbs - 23 grams of PRO
1 Chiobani Yogurt 150 cals - 7 grams of Carbs - 18 grams OF Protein..
Yep that was it... lol.. I was HUNGRY ... so I ate and ate and ate... hahhahaha ... THE FAT KIDcame out in me... I just wanted to share this with everyone...
