Ordered a camera from online company, UPS tracking said it arrived, but nothing...
I ordered a package last week, it should have arrived tuesday, I payed an extra 10$ for insurance, what do I do from here? If I file a claim with UPS, what plays out from there? any ideas? or am I out 300$?

Sound weird.Did you order the camera from a different country and UPS are saying that it has arrived within your country?Maybe that makes no sense I have never used them.I say chill for the moment and see if you can find a number or other contact details and contact them if you can.

wow, my mom just ordered a camera for my sister's birthday from an online company from "new york", she cancelled the credit card order today and was telling me about it, she kept on calling them and getting people with new york accents that were no help at all, they wouldnt say the name of the company when they answered they would just answer "hello how may i help you" , she ordered the camera from them cause they said it was like 160 bucks and is normally 300+ as showed with their comparison to other companys, but it turns out the other companys they were comparing it to were just parts of their company, so it was a big scam, what was the name of the website, the one they ordered it from was called cameragiants or something

Have you even asked UPS yet?
This has happened to me multiple times with USPS and every time I wound up getting my package.
One time it was "accidentally forwarded" to an address 2 towns away, they do make mistakes like that everyday lol, it was prob just your turn.
I order so much shit online though and never lost a dime, I have faith in the mail system (except for international/siezures and what not) but if you paid insurance your set no matter what, dont start freaking out just be patient.

Might be a third party delivering you parcel? If so the UPS site will show it as delivered since the third party courier accepts the parcel on your behalf. Happens to me when I order auto parts from the US to Canada. So chances are if you are in a smaller region this is what's happening.
