The only gangs I knew or saw growing up were ALL black, except for MS13 or Latin Kings which were spanish. In my area we really did not have any white "gangs".

but as you know... life exists outside of your area

which would mean that gangs exists also... and the more gangs that exists.. the more chances of all races being members.

also... not all gangs only accept members of the same race
