Hi all, i broke my hand on thurs' and need to lift, how can i go about it? iv thaught of using ropes to tie on my fore arms with weights attached will that work? Has any one had this problem?

Just let it heal, if you are on cycle begin PCT appropraitely.
I once broke both hands, arms, legs, neck, ribs and back, i just dropped my sets from 12 to 6...

Being one of the older members here I would advise you to rest and recover properly. Most people fcuk up by trying to train far too early after injury. Only do what the physio lets you do for at least the first 6 weeks. Maybe after that, if things are going well, then you can push the boat out more.

I busted the MT caps in my right hand in a fight and did not allow myself the proper recovery time (plus the medical care was sub par in our penal system) and today, 15-16 years later I still can have trouble with it. Take care of it bro.

heres the x-ray btw guys...
this is why u dont punch ppl or things...but that being said i did the same thing last september on someones head...what i did was continued to train legs and cardio...kept my diet up...then 3 weeks into it i started taping my hand tightly and doing cables very light high rep (sets of about 25-30) after about another 3 weeks of doing that i slowly started to test my hands strength and eventually after about 6 months i was able to comfortably lift again without having to tape it...now its june and i dont even notice it...i still cant do power cleans and if someone crushes my hand when they shake it i will want to cry but aside from that im good.
