    Whats the best dvd i can watch for lifting?

    I am going to be starting my cycle in a month here and want all new workouts to really make my body grow. i just wathced "Milos Sarcev "Secret of the Pro's" on Nutrition!" and that guy really know his stuff. I learned so ****en much from it i was taking sticky notes ha. I am thinking of getting his dvd what do you guys think any recomendations?

    Well you could go to the WORKOUT QUESTIONS section,get the name of good mass building techniques and then go to youtube if you don't know the form.I can't help you much with good dvd's but by the looks of it you aren't going to get much help here anyway.Hope that helped a bit anyway.

    How long have you been training? All you really need is a decent split, good form and your instincts. Training isn't too complicated, all you're doing is exhausting your muscles, it's the nutrition and rest that will dictate how much size you put on afterwards.

    been training since i was 14. i can grow with or without the sauce. but i would just like to mix up my routine a little. thanks for the input.
