AAS at your local grocer
I had to go to the store today and was completely taken by surprise when low and behold, my grocery store sells aas. I know that's exactly what I thought as well, no way, I had to be dreaming, but nope it's there. I'll prove it. Here's just a few of the products that were there.
1. Chicken
2. Beef
3. Pork
4. Fish
5. Tuna fish
And you don't even want to know about the high grade wheat products they carry. Dude I'm gonna blow up using this gear.
I'd like to get some advise for this cycle

Age 18
Weight 295 lbs
Height 5'2"
Bf% 35%
Yrs Training 1 month.
Anyhelp is greatly appreciated.

yeaaa, but the questions forum is getting pretty stale. 9/10 threads are one of two things-
A. Question that has been asked thousands of times, and probably has its own thread in the educational threads section
B. Clueless person asking for advice, not knowing that they are about to get flamed into oblivion
I bet the mods get a chubby every time a thread with a unique question, or one that has the person's stats in the original post!

5'2 295lbs 35% bf........ IDK if god himself can help you.... JP but I would definitely start with lots and lots of cardio....... And cut out all BULLSH*T in your diet. Only drink water. Good luck man

This thread was for fun, obiously. So many times newbies come here seeking advice which we are all happy to give, even when they do not want to hear it. Most are either too young or too lazy to either search the fourms thinking that they have a question so unique that it has never been asked. Others come and seek advise when they themselves know that they are not ready. Most all who come and ask question on cycle advise just need a great diet, to grow not aas. AAS is used when one reaches his natural potential which does not happen in only three years in the gym BTW and can only go further by the use of AAS. Others think that gear will quickly put them into the I'm a muscle guy only to find out that 6 mo after they dicontinue their cycle almost all size and gains have been lost to either poor upkeep or lack of a good pct. I am not venting or complaining just pointing out some facts. There is going to be those folks that come here to learn and ask questions, which I IMHO think is great. It's awsome to have a place to come to that one can learn about the correct use of AAS and PCT. There will also be those ppl that no matter what we say or do to try to help them are going to do whatever they set out to do, I just hope that if they came here, they learned a few things and apply them to their use of gear. Free will isn't it a mo fo.

Yeah it does seem old to you. The question's might seem stupid to you also. Alot of people don't know how internet forums work ie, rules, bumping old threads and all of that. I learned how internet forum's work right here on this forum, this is the first one that I ever joined.
People need to drop the "holier than thou" attitude and help people out, or just not respond to the question, its that easy.
If the kids are young tell them the facts about anabolics, don't belittle them, because they don't know what they are doing, thats why they're here.
PS: A lot of people on here love to preach dieting and training when they look like shit, thats what I find most ironic!

Looks similar to my cycle but I think my dose is a bit high I am getting all bloated up and stuff. BTW I agree lounge material.

Something like this should go in the AR lounge and not waste some of our time reading stuff like this.
I read this stuff to either help others and/or learn as much as possible from others.

I like it.
I dont see it as any more a waste of time than reading 1st post by newbies who almost never bother to do ANY research before asking what juice they should get or what orals they should stack because they dont want to pin or why is the best juice to take to CUT when they have 30%+ BF or been training for 2 months and just cant gain or fishing for a source.
I like it, it should be a stick and a must read for first time posters BEFORE they are allowed to post. LOL

Here's my cycle, I'll post pics soon.
Weeks 1-28 - Turkish Jerk Beef 400oz/g
Weeks 4- 26 - Aribic Smoked Camel 1lb Eod
Weeks 6-30 - Carribean Jerk Chicken 25g/oz.
PCT
Weeks 26-32 - HG Romaine Lettuce 2000leafs/head
Would it be wise to workout during my cycle, I just want size, I think if I just do this cycle I shoud put on about 45lbs of lean muscle mass.
Please help.
