made 4 chicken breasts for my dinner then lunch the next day... my brother in law shows up, and my wife offers him my food!!! she gave him 3 chicken breasts, and cuts up the 4th for his kids...

my jaw hit the ground and i held my temper till he left... then i rippd her a new but(verbally). i must note i had not eaten in two hours, and no ohter meat was defrosted

what would you do?

I agree, she did it on purpose. Now think of a good revenge. Invite some friend (female) over and give her something of your wife's, a pair of shoes, dress, coat, jewelry, something that means a lot to her then explain to her AFTER that next time she things about giving YOUR food away to think 2x.

If she want to thaw something out for him or make it herself Fine but not what she knows is yours and you need/want.

Women are like children. You need to give then clear boundaries and when they cross them slap them down (hypothetically speaking) but make sure they know they are out of line. They will try to argue this point but you need to make them loose face, not by arguing but by stating your point and then pointing out SHE is failing to be a good wife/spouse and CAN be replaced.

Dude I'm with you on that man noone touches my food, Last time my girl tried to give my food away everyone was asked to leave and they aint been back sinse haha. If i'm gonna stand there cooking loads of stuff to last me the last thing i want is to make more so I dont need other people eating it. Where all on this diet for a reason I aint missing a meal for noone.
